AVOID THE FOLLOWING TIPS TO BE A HAPPY PERSON

To be a happy a person, there are certain things you have to quit, stop or avoid to be a happy person. When you quit doing the wrong thing, you make more room for the things that make happy. 

1. Quit Trying To Avoid Change:  Change is constant. A good number of people are comfortable where we are, though the whole universe is constantly changing around us. Learning to accept this is vital to our happiness and general success. Because only when we change, do we grow, and begin to see a world we never knew was possible. Embrace change and know that it happens for a reason.


2. Quit Talking Down To Yourself: The Mind is a very superb instrument if used right, but when used wrongly, it becomes a destructive instrument. Nothing brings a person down quicker than berating yourself. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speak. We all talk silently to ourselves in our heads, but we aren't always conscious of what we are saying or how it is or will affect us.



3. Quit Blaming Others and Making Excuses: Stop blaming others for what you have or don't have, for what you feel or don't feel. When you blame others for what you're going through, you deny responsibility and perpetuate the problem. Stop giving your power away and start taking responsibility for your life. Blaming is just another sorry excuse, and making excuses is the first step towards failure; you and only you are responsible for your life choices and decisions. 

4. Quit Trying To Control The Uncontrollable: If you try to control everything in your life and then worry about it when they don't fall in place, you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of frustration and misery.  some things are out control, but you can control how you react to things when they don't fall in place.  Let go of what you can't control and invest your energy on the things you can control.
