Memorise: Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. - Joshua 1:9
Read: 1 Samuel 30:3-8 (KJV)
3 So David and his men came to the city, and, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captives.
4 Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep.
5 And David's two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.
6 And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
7 And David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech's son, I pray thee, bring me hither the ephod. And Abiathar brought thither the ephod to David.
8 And David enquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.

You Should Try Loosing Weight With Garden Egg
Are you surprised??? I bet you didnt know you can use garden egg to loose that 20 pounds you have been buying drugs to loose. A good number of fruits are great for us but because of our lack of interest in them most especially for the ones that are not sweet like garden egg, we tend to ignore them.
The Health Benefits Of Garden Egg (Solanum melongena)
It is good for weight loss
Research carried out on laboratory rats or mice both home and abroad with this fruit has corroborated the fact that it has the capacity to make humans lose weight due to its high fiber content and low calorie value. Without gainsaying, this is the perfect recipe for achieving weight loss within a reasonable short period of time. My advice is if you find the fruit difficult to chew in its natural form due to its bitter taste, you could make a sauce out of it. Trust me it tastes nice.

against extending term limits to cling to power indefinitely.
He dismissed other leaders who insist that they were
the best to hold their countries together.
