A mentally derailed woman has been found with a anew born baby at Ahmadu Bello way, Lagos for some times now. Government should take note and take the baby away from her to take care of and of course take the woman to a psychiatric hospital. The child who we cant confirm the gender has been exposed to all manners of weather condition which are not favorable.
