A Twitter user with the handle @DEDEAN has exposed two Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials for allegedly charging him, and others N50 for the collection of their PVC. According to him, the incident occurred at the Ogudu GRA Ward 43 in Lagos State.
He also shared several pictures to back up his story of the female INEC officials who reportedly demanded the amount from him.
