I have decided to start a platform where i put up disturbing issues from people and you get to comment, advice, contribute and the like. This story is from a friend of mine who needs help.
My Niece is 14 years old and he is SS3, i always advice him to read and he claims to also be reading everynight when everyone is asleep as that is the only time when he can read well. I didnt Object since i usually read like that to. I was even happy because he not usually the reading type. On Monday, i decided to check on him to know if he is truly reading or not, but on getting to his room? i found him watching some very obscene things on his fone. i was shocked. i took the phone from him, and scanned through only to find out that he has been doing this for a very long time. I am dead worried becuase i do not know what to do. He usually have assignments from school that entails browsing, but i dont think i want him to have a Phone till he gets admission. Please i need your help.
Should children under the age of 17 have cell phones that can browse? if Yes, why should they and if No,why should they not have?
