Benue State University VC, Prof Angya Tells 5,210 Matriculated Students To Face Your Studies And Shun Vices

The Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi, today, matriculated 5,210 students at its 23rd matriculation ceremony, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.
The Vice Chancellor (VC) of the University, Prof. Charity Angya, disclosed this in her address at the ceremony in Makurdi.
Angya said the fresh men were selected out of 7,457 candidates who sat for the last Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination (UTME) and the 3,343 Direct Entry candidates that applied.
She said that matriculation ceremonies marked the formal admission of candidates into the university.
The professor advised the students to pay attention to their studies and shun vices.
